The house is brown with beige shutters and is located on Pequawket Pond in a very private setting only about half a mile from Conway Village.  Approximately 30% of the shorefront remains undeveloped.

This lakefront house is surrounded by woods has a nice sandy beach yet close enough to walk or canoe up to town. There is good swimming and fishing.  The cottage contains three bedrooms, a bunk room a modern kitchen and one and a half baths and sleeps 8.

There is a large living, dining, and kitchen area with wall to wall carpeting open two stories to a natural wood cathedral ceiling. On one side of the living, dining, kitchen area is a two story high wall of windows which overlook the sun deck and the lake

The living room contains a television and Vermont Castings wood burning stove. There is a new screened porch off the living room facing the lake that runs the width of the house.

The house has flat level access only 50 feet from a paved town road.  There are no problems getting to or from the house in the winter.  The house is heated with gas which is far less expensive than electricity.

This house is red with white shutters and is located on Conway Lake is truly unique because  less than 50% of the shorefront is developed, because of building restrictions, and conservation efforts.  Conway Lake is now one of the most undeveloped and cleanest lakes in New Hampshire,.  The Lake barely visible from the inlet at the small public beach and boat ramp. The rest of the access roads are private.   

The house has a sandy beach and good swimming and fishing.  The cottage is two miles off Route 302 and less than 5 miles from North Conway. It is quiet and surrounded by woods in a private setting. It contains three bedrooms and sleeps 6.

There is a modern kitchen and bath. There is a large living, dining, kitchen area with wall-to-wall carpeting, television and knotty pine paneling throughout. The living, dining, kitchen area overlook Conway Lake and contains a television and Vermont Castings Vigilant wood stove. There is a large screened porch overlooking the private sandy beach and lake.
